With over 13 years of experience in healthcare leadership and management, Carol has built a career defined by operational excellence and patient-centered care. In her current role as Practice Director at Criswell & Criswell Plastic Surgery, she oversees all aspects of clinical and surgical facility operations, including human resources, scheduling, policy development, financial management, and marketing.

Carol has successfully led her facility through over a decade of accreditation, maintaining a perfect safety record throughout. Her attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication to high standards are hallmarks of her leadership, both in healthcare and in her work with Mountain Strong.
